Víctor Miró - Director General Born in Barcelona in 1978, son of a business family with an extensive industrial background.
His professional career has more than 20 years dedicated to the family business which has allowed him to grow personally and professionally in the areas of Finance, Sales and General Management.
In 2008, after acquiring a great experience as head of different departments, Victor Miró assumes the responsibility of leading the General and Commercial Management of the company.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from Pompeu Fabra University and a PDG from IESE Business School in Barcelona, among other degrees.
On a personal level, he defines himself as a lover of sports, travel, nature and, above all, family, which is what allows him to take on this professional challenge.

Enric Miró - Gerente Comercial CataluñaWith a degree in Tourism from the University of Girona, he is married and father of two children.
Enric began his professional career linked to Royal Diamond after working for more than 8 years in Travel Agencies in different positions until he reached the position of Office Manager. This experience gave him enough tools to be able in 2009 to take over the purchasing area of Royal Diamond which is where he began his professional work in Royal Diamond until in 2017 he takes the responsibility of leading the sales area of Catalonia and Aragon which is the position he currently holds.
He defines himself as a responsible person, educated and with people skills, essential values for the position he holds.
Among his main hobbies are soccer, paddle tennis, cinema and traveling around the world.
Harald Schmutte - Gerente Comercial AlemaniaBorn in 1969 in Germany, he is married and has two children.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Koblenz (Germany). Harald has an extensive professional experience of more than 17 years managing different business units and more than 10 years in Operations.
In 2016, after a new internationalization project of Royal Diamond, Harald joins as Head of the purchasing area of the company, improving procedures and optimizing the management of the department. In 2019 he is given the opportunity to personally manage some clients as part of the Commercial Department of Royal Diamond for his negotiation skills, seriousness and professionalism.
Among his hobbies, paddle tennis, soccer and motorcycles stand out. He is passionate about DIY and spending time with his family.
Miquel Alamany - Director Técnico Born in 1973 in Sabadell (Barcelona), father of a son and a daughter.
He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and in Business Management from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
His professional career includes more than 20 years of experience in the industrial sector, specifically in the areas of technical management, product development and applications. He has worked in international environments, with great communication and teamwork skills.
In 2019 he joins the Royal Diamond team as Technical Director to lead the department, improving current processes and following up on all our customers’ needs.
He defines himself as a great lover of music, movies, music, music, movies, music, music and music.
